This leader combines strategic thinking, execution accountability, and people leadership to improve efficiency, visibility, and customer experience across the Lead‑to‑Cash value chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary IT partner to Commercial, Sales, and Order Fulfillment leaders, aligning technology roadmaps and initiatives to business priorities, measurable outcomes, and value realization while fostering trusted partnerships and clear decision-making.

Technology Strategy & Delivery Excellence

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Lead-to-Cash technology initiatives, ensuring prioritized execution, adoption, value realization, effective risk management, and alignment between global standards and regional business needs.
  • Partner across IT functions to manage dependencies and deliver integrated, sustainable enterprise solutions.

ERP & Digital Ecosystem Stewardship

  • Ensure the stability, scalability, and continuous evolution of the ERP and digital ecosystem through improvements in reliability, integrations, automation, data quality, monitoring, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Portfolio, Investment & Governance

  • Lead the Digital Enterprise Function operating model, including demand management, backlog prioritization, investment governance, and delivery team alignment, while providing visibility into progress, trade-offs, and realized business value.

People Leadership & Talent Development

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or Business Technology roles, including senior leadership positions.
  • Experience designing and leading initiatives to improve Commercial, Sales, Order‑to‑Cash, or customer‑facing business processes through technology.
  • Partnering with Director, VP, and C-Level executives to challenge and define strategy, clarify trade-offs from a technology or implementation perspective, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable results.
  • Five or more years of experience delivering enterprise‑scale solutions, preferably in SAP‑centric environments (S/4HANA strongly preferred).
