Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives

Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of procurement and/or sourcing experience Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing multi-level teams Strong contract and commercial negotiation experience Experience leading large-scale strategic or process-improvement initiatives Ability to influence and collaborate across global and cross-functional teams Ability to travel up to 10% globally Master's degree Experience in supply base optimization, category management, and S2P transformation Familiarity with digital tools, automation, and analytics-driven decision making Strong change leadership experience in a global matrixed environment Ability to influence and manage complex stakeholder groups Experience integrating clinical or acquisition-related vendors
