Title: Associate Director – Supply Chain FP&A North America

Reports To: Head of Supply Chain Finance North America

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Terms & Conditions: Full-time

THE ROLE:

This role serves as a senior finance leader for Supply Chain FP&A, providing end-to-end leadership across planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision support. The role acts as a strategic business partner to Supply Chain leadership, ensuring decisions align with profitability, cash, and growth objectives. It drives cost visibility, performance management, and transformation initiatives, including network optimization, savings programs, and strategic investments, while leading and developing a team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESONSIBLE FOR:

FP&A Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
  • Own performance tracking across supply chain cost drivers
  • Deliver variance analysis and actionable insights
  • Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and predictability

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Partner with Supply Chain leaders across key functions
  • Evaluate financial impact of operational decisions
  • Support network redesign, investments, and sourcing strategies
  • Drive cost optimization and margin improvement

Controllership & Financial Governance

  • Ensure strong financial controls across supply chain costs and balance sheet
  • Lead month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations
  • Maintain data accuracy and transparency

Transformation & Value Creation

  • Lead network redesign and cost savings initiatives
  • Support capex and ROI analysis
  • Identify improvements in cost, working capital, and performance

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with regional and global teams
  • Drive data-driven decision making
  • Present insights to senior stakeholders

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Coach and build finance capability
  • Promote accountability and continuous improvement

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CA preferred)
  • Strong FP&A and Supply Chain Finance experience
  • Understanding of the FMCG industry and the challenges
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP (SAP) experience

Pay: The pay range for this position is $146,200 to $219,400. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
