Mid-Level ECVC Associate – AmLaw 100 Platform

Our AmLaw 100 client is seeking a 4–6 year ECVC associate to join its national platform and sit in Austin, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, or San Francisco. The firm’s ECVC group is recognized for advising high-growth companies and investors in technology, life sciences, and CPG, and consistently handles market-shaping venture financings and strategic M&A.

Candidate Profile

• 4–6 years’ experience in a premier corporate practice, with at least 10 completed NVCA venture financings.
  

• Experience with domestic M&A for start-up companies and investors.
  

• Strong business sense and the ability to manage relationships with founders, boards, and investors.
  

• Interest in technology, life sciences, or CPG sectors.
  

• Admission in the state of practice or ability to waive in.
