Job Description - Associate HR Training Specialist
Position Overview:
The HR Training Specialist is supporting for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for employees across various departments within the organization. This role involves assessing training needs, creating training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop training programs, including both technical skills training and soft skills development.
Create training materials such as presentations, handouts, and online modules.
Deliver training sessions using a variety of methods, including in-person workshops, online webinars, and one-on-one coaching.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, knowledge assessments, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and arranging necessary equipment.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, performance metrics, and observation.
Modify training programs as needed based on feedback and changing organizational needs.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and department managers to ensure alignment of training initiatives with overall organizational goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Provide support and guidance to employees seeking additional training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5- 7 years proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with a diverse range of employees.
Proficiency in using training software, preferably Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and multimedia tools (Photoshop) for creating engaging training materials.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
