Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Immigration Attorney to join our team who will focus on family and humanitarian based immigration cases. The position is in-person and based in Hollywood, Florida.
Qualifications:
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in any U.S. state
- Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration (family, humanitarian, removal defense)
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, legal writing, and problem-solving abilities
