We are seeking: An Associate Integrated Payments Specialist to coordinate, oversee, and execute on new and existing PDDS client payment account onboarding, activation, and support.
This is a hybrid role (working 2x per week) in either our Atlanta, GA or Phoenix, AZ office.
Job Duties:
Manage PDDS client’s payment account onboardings and activations
Act as the main point of contact for client support requests
Coordinate and drive payment token account transfers for existing and new clients
Act as main point of contact for new payment location requests from existing clients
Evaluate and optimize current payment processes to expedite activation timelines, improve client experience, and more quickly recognize revenue
Skills and Qualifications:
0-2 years of prior experience in the payment acquiring / processing space
Prior experience with integrated SaaS relationship / account management
Prior experience with merchant application and account onboarding tasks
Prior experience working with software onboarding applications
Prior experience working within Salesforce is preferred
