• Conducting compliance audits and internal investigations for Fortune 500s and cutting-edge startups
  

• Drafting guidance on export classifications and licensing strategies under EAR and ITAR
  

• Supporting clients on regulatory responses involving outbound investment and ICTS reviews
  

• Collaborating on enforcement and mitigation strategies with top-tier professionals in the field
  

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in a high-caliber law firm or government
  

• Deep understanding of U.S. export controls (EAR, ITAR) and national security-related trade laws
  

• Academic credentials from a top-tier college and law school
  

• Status as a U.S. person under ITAR/EAR regulations, and physically located in the United States
  

• Bonus points for experience with sanctions, trade remedies, or customs.
