Our AmLaw 100 client has a top investigations and white-collar platform handling DOJ, SEC, and state AG matters alongside complex internal investigations. The group is nationally ranked and trusted for cross-border work across tech, life sciences, and financial services.
Role Summary
You’ll run core engagements on government investigations and enforcement matters, including subpoena response, witness prep, and privilege assessments. Expect hands-on responsibility for internal investigation scopes, document review strategy, fact development, findings memos, and submissions (white papers, Wells, and board-level reports). You’ll coordinate eDiscovery strategy with litigation support staff and contribute to briefing, mediation statements, and trial prep. Cross-office collaboration with Securities Litigation, Privacy/Cyber, Antitrust, FCPA/ABAC, and Sanctions is routine.
Candidate Profile
• 2–4 years’ post-JD experience in white-collar defense, SEC enforcement, internal investigations, and/or securities litigation
• Strong writing and advocacy with experience drafting substantive motions or regulatory submissions and managing discovery in complex matters
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with New York preferred
• Bonus points for prior government or clerkship experience and familiarity with Relativity or TAR analytics
