Associate - IP Litigation

SUMMARY

Our client, a nationally recognized & prestigious law firm, is trusted by companies within the life sciences and technology spaces to protect their most critical assets in high-stakes disputes, from Hatch-Waxman & biosimilar litigation to trade secret and licensing conflicts. Were seeking a Mid-Level Associate for their Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent companies in high-stakes intellectual property disputes.
• Manage all aspects of case development and presentation.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced, high-performing practice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have 4 to 7 years substantial experience litigating intellectual property disputes.
• Trial and deposition experience.
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Large firm or elite boutique experience preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

• JD (Juris Doctor) Degree from an accredited Law School
• Active Massachusetts Bar Membership in Good Standing
• Experience working within the Life Sciences & Technology spaces.
• Direct AM Law 100 to 200 preferred experience.
