Associate IT Service Desk Specialist

We are currently recruiting for two full‐time Associate IT Service Desk Specialist positions within the Shared Technical Services Division at TSS.

Responsibilities:

First point of contact for technical support
Provides day-to-day assistance to internal and external users
Deliver timely updates to ensure customer satisfaction
Create or update knowledge articles, checklists, procedures, and scripts for routine issues
Plan and deliver a diversity of IT services to end users
Off the shelf software application configuration and implementation
Configuration of standard personal computing, peripheral and mobile devices

Required Skills:

Skilled in supporting and troubleshooting hospital IT systems Experience in maintaining and resolving issues with hospital-related IT systems
Able to follow written and verbal instructions and adjust procedures as needed
