Associate IT Support
Position Summary:
Works as a part of a high-energy team to provide quality computer and phone support while maintaining the high degree of customer service. Handles tier I support tasks, including evaluation and prioritization of incoming requests. Supports a positive experience for end-users.
Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
Assesses user needs on work related issues.
Sets up, disconnects, reconnects and moves equipment (i.e., phones, computers, etc.) in compliance with enterprise standards.
Provides accurate and timely logging of basic tier I problems, requests, and resolutions in a ticketing system.
Supports team projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of end user support services.
Helps resolveoperational problems and questions with both hardware and software.
Performs minor upgrades on PCs.
Installs, configures, and troubleshoots PC hardware, software and related peripheral equipment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of PC hardware, software and operating systems like
Windows 7, Windows 10
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good organization skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills and ability to meet quality standards
Time management and multi-tasking skills
Preferred
Associates degree
Previous Help Desk Support experience
Familiarity with Encryption Software, Antivirus, Cisco VIOP phones, Exchange Management Console (EMC), Active Directory, Citrix, Smartphone
Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions.

The hiring range for this position is:
$39,000.00-$48,150.00
