Our AmLaw 100 client is strengthening its California Labor & Employment team across Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Silicon Valley. This group is trusted with some of the most sensitive employment disputes and workplace counseling matters for major employers, backed by the resources of a nationally ranked platform.
Role Summary
• Take ownership of employment litigation in state and federal courts, from single-plaintiff cases to wage-and-hour class actions.
• Advise business leaders on hiring, terminations, leaves, accommodations, pay practices, and policy design.
• Contribute to traditional labor matters including union relations, negotiations, and disputes.
• Work directly with clients in industries where the stakes are high and the matters are fast-moving.
Candidate Profile
• 2–5 years of employment litigation experience. Counseling and traditional labor exposure a plus.
• Excellent judgment and writing skills. California Bar required.
• Someone who thrives in high-responsibility settings and wants direct client contact early.
