Associate Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in legal research, contract drafting, and litigation support, and will work closely with senior attorneys to handle diverse legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare case summaries.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Assist in litigation preparation, including gathering evidence and preparing witness statements.

Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Provide legal advice to internal teams and clients on business operations.

Liaise with external law firms, regulators, and government agencies as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution; LLM is an advantage.

Minimum of 13 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.

Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and litigation processes.
