What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 3 years of corporate transactional experience, ideally in an AmLaw 100 setting. Specific expertise in life sciences agreements is essential.
  
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) with exceptional academic credentials.
  
• Bar Admission: Licensed to practice in Washington, DC.
  
• Skills:
  
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation abilities.
    
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
    
  • Business judgment and attention to detail.
    
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including licenses, collaborations, and supply contracts.
