Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Arizona attorney with 0-3 years of experience in complex civil litigation to join our growing team. While experience in probate, trust, and estate litigation is strongly preferred, we welcome candidates with backgrounds in commercial litigation, real estate, and/or contract disputes who are interested in focusing their practice in this robust and growing area.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for meaningful client impact, professional growth, and flexible scheduling.

• 0-3 years of experience in complex civil litigation (probate/trust/estate litigation preferred; commercial, real estate, or contract litigation experience acceptable)
• Active license in good standing to practice law in Arizona
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong research, organizational, and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
• Professionalism, integrity, and compassion for clients in difficult circumstances
• A desire to grow in a specialized, impactful area of law
