Job Description - Associate Manager, Digital Project Management

Primary Purpose:  The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating with advertising agencies and internal stakeholders to support the successful execution of marketing initiatives. The primary focus of the Assistant/Associate Project Manager will be to facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external agency partners, ensuring the seamless planning, scheduling, and delivery of marketing assets across various media channels. This role will oversee project workflows, manage timelines, and proactively address potential risks to keep projects on track. Additionally, the individual will ensure alignment on creative strategy, localization efforts, and production needs while driving efficiencies and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to plan, align, and execute marketing initiatives that meet brand guidelines, messaging standards, and performance objectives.

  • Manage project workflows using a project management platform, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and execution of asset production across media channels.

  • Oversee digital uploads and localization for North America and International Coach Outlet and Retail channels.

  • Facilitate alignment between Coach and agency partners on creative strategy, timelines, and deliverables, while addressing incremental asset needs.

  • Monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.

  • Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure all project goals are clearly communicated and met.

  • Develop and document standards and best practices to streamline workflows and improve processes.


 


The accomplished individual will possess...



  • 1+ years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered

  • Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions

  • Excellent attention to detail, superior communication, customer service and follow-up skills

  • Ability to build effective partnerships

  • Organizational skills, timely delivery of projects

  • Ability to make prudent decisions under pressure and work against tight deadlines

  • Ability to interact successfully with individuals at all levels

  • Strong computer skills in and Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management software (Adobe Workfront a plus).

  • Fashion or equivalent retail experience a plus
