What You’ll Do
Align projects to drive department goals by managing operations and driving metrics in critical areas of the Manufacturing floor
Drive continuous improvement and optimization via FPY yield improvement projects, scrap reduction projects, and excursion root cause analysis
Develop training programs and hiring plans for NCM team members
Build a strong, motivated team capable of consistently delivering high quality products against aggressive metrics
Mentor and develop a strong team through selective recruitment, thorough and consistent on-boarding process, training, and coaching, and identification and addressing of competency gaps within team
Empower the NCM team to collaborate with engineering to improve product manufacturability and line productivity
Develop & maintain Standardized Manufacturing Instructions used in repair and rework by the NCM team members
What You’ll Bring
Engineering Degree, 3+ years of expierence managing teams of people in a high-volume manufacturing setting, or equivalent Strong organization and record-keeping skills with strong attention to detail to maintain team accountability
Ability to work and lead effectively with team and peers within a production organization Proficient in lean manufacturing methodologies and leadership as well as data collection and analysis experience Strong analytical capability and familiarity with analytical and statistical software systems
Ability to work with and develop production performance metrics (efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, costs)
Ability to command the english language, both written and verbal

Expected Compensation Supervisor Production Line Maintenance - $81,600 - $122,400/annual salary Associate Mgr Production Line Maintenance - $95,200 - $142,800/annual salary Mgr Production Line Maintenance - $115,600 - $173,400/annual salary Sr Mgr Production Line Maintenance - $136,000 - $204,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
