B&G’s enterprise reporting systems and processes. Working collaboratively across Sales Planning, Marketing, Finance and the Sales/Sales Leadership Team, this individual ensures accurate and timely reporting of key business metrics. The Associate Manager will utilize data analysis tools to provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.  This individual is also responsible for developing and maintaining the sales-facing SIP process, including developing sales and spend targets with key internal stakeholders, and submitting and maintaining those targets in B&G’s EPM system.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, develop and distribute enterprise reports and dashboards to key stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key business metrics.
• Build scalable processes, tools, and reporting frameworks that enhance visibility, alignment, and decision-making across the business. 
• Collaborate with various stakeholder groups, including Sales Planning, Marketing, Finance, and the Sales Leadership Team, to gather reporting requirements and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor and improve reporting tools and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy with a bias of automating the current manual Excel-based reporting suite to automated PowerBI reporting.
• Train and support end-users on reporting tools and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor Trade Analyst to advance knowledge of trade spending strategy.

Experience, Skills, Education:

• Be a driven self-starter, identifying opportunities and driving change management, where needed
• Familiarity with multiple data sources, i.e., trade promotion management systems, syndicated sales data and financial data
• Expert working knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and strong systems aptitude
• Capacity to think strategically and execute tactical activities within a limited resource environment
