Safety, Health & Environment (SHE): Lead by example in promoting a proactive safety culture, including the development of PTWs and JSAs. Oversee contractor SHE compliance (e.g., ISNet verification, audits) and manage risk activities such as hot work, crane lifts, confined space entry, etc. Conduct phased SHE assessments and ensure safety considerations are embedded in all project phases. Develop and manage formal construction plans, programs, budgets, and schedules. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve design issues, coordinate testing/surveying, and ensure redlines and PSI are completed before handover. Strong knowledge of construction management, project execution, and safety practices. Experience working with contractors, managing capital budgets, and delivering complex projects in industrial or manufacturing settings. Familiarity with SHE compliance systems (e.g., ISNet), MoC processes, and construction permitting.
