  • Managing employee coaching, performance evaluations, corrective actions, and ongoing development

  • Reviewing employee timekeeping and attendance records for payroll accuracy

  • Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and offboarding maintenance employees

  • Processing purchase orders, invoices, and maintenance-related documentation

  • Helping maintain efficient procurement and operational processes that support the maintenance department

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience

  • Minimum of two years of maintenance leadership, facilities management, apartment maintenance, or property management experience

  • Previous experience supervising maintenance teams

  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance operations

  • Experience using property management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Fair Housing certification (or ability to obtain if applicable)

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
