Associate Manager of Field Communications & Activation

The Field Communications team is in charge of the strategic approach, material development and ongoing counsel and execution of all Home Office owned communications channels focused on Pampered Chef consultants. The team’s key purpose is to maximize the programs, opportunities and moments highlighted in the company’s larger strategic business plan to positively impact field performance and confidence.  We accomplish this by deploying sales enablement tools, crafting compelling messaging and content, and delivering high-impact field acquisition, engagement, and retention programs. As a critical member of this team, the Associate Manager of Field Communications & Activation will be responsible for bringing the daily business tools, promotions and programs worked on across the company to life for our field to directly impact the lives and businesses of our consultants. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Driving the development, execution and iterative improvements to our most important monthly communications & activation tools in partnership with our training, sales motivation, consultant success, marketing, creative, and field development teams. This includes managing story development and execution on our consultant newsletter, consultant news site, consultant Facebook groups and additional communications channels. 
• Working cross-functionally with the promotions and recognition teams to drive strategic and creative ongoing marketing programs for all promotions/recognition. 
• Crafting compelling positioning and messaging narratives across different consultant segments, and matching the message to the medium 
• Managing end-to-end campaign and program execution; ensuring innovative and efficient touchpoints, 

activation and implementation, analyzing campaign results regularly; identifying key learnings and actions to take as a result of learnings 

Managing deliverables and timeline; including copyediting, proofreading and QA

 Education & Experience: 

• Bachelors required. 3-5 years of experience 
• Needs to have experience managing deliverables in some manner and experience working with communi- cations and marketing plans/collateral 
• Experience in the direct sales industry is a bonus. 

What We're Offering

• Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications 
• Bonus Eligibility: This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus based on individual and company performance

Work Environment & Logistics 

• Work Model: Pampered Chef follows a hybrid schedule at the headquarters office in Addison, IL. Coworkers are expected in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week 
• Travel Requirements: Less than 10%
