Associate Marketing Manager


As an Associate Marketing Manager at Questex, you'll supports the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a portfolio of experiential technology brands and events, including major trade shows such as LDI and Sensors Converge, as well as associated digital media platforms. This is a highly execution-focused position responsible for driving attendee registration and supporting revenue goals through multi-channel B2B marketing initiatives.


About the Experiential Technology Division


Questex’s Experiential Technology brands deliver in-person events, virtual experiences, and industry-leading content to influencers and decision makers across communications, entertainment, and electronics markets. From next-generation network infrastructure, 5G, IoT, and sensors to streaming television and live entertainment, we connect buyers and sellers through editorial platforms and large-scale industry events.

  • StreamTV Show

  • Broadband Nation Expo

  • LDI: Live Design International

  • Sensors Converge

  • Virtual events and editorial platforms including StreamTV Insider, Fierce Network, Live Design Online, and Fierce Sensors


As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will:  




  • Support attendee acquisition and revenue growth for in-person and virtual events




  • Assist sales teams with sponsorship collateral and marketing support




  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites, PR, and advertising




  • Develop marketing assets including messaging, promotional emails, and social content




  • Analyze campaign performance and benchmark results for strategic growth




  • Coordinate with production, audience development, operations, and internal teams




  • Ensure brand consistency across marketing communications




   Your Experience and Education Include:  




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field




  • Minimum 2 years of experience; B2B media or events experience preferred




  • Strong project management and organizational skills




  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment




  • Excellent analytical and communication skills




  • Experience with digital marketing tools and email service providers




  • Preferred experience with HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and marketing automation tools




  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
