Associate - Operations (10am to 7pm)

About the Role:
We are looking for a fresh graduate with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to confidently communicate with clients from English speaking countries online. He/she will have excellent internet research skills.

Working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (Mondays to Fridays) - Work from Office

Location: Mirpur 14th, Dhaka

What you'll do:

• Gather information on crypto-currencies online


• Compile data and ensure data security.


• Search various websites to collect KYC.


• Generate transactions/trading (deposit, withdraw, transfer, etc.) using a wallet, and submit receipts (including transaction ID, deposit address, etc). 

What you have:

• Excellent English Communication skills (Verbal & Written).


• Ability to communicate with clients from English speaking countries fluently and confidently.


• Graduate from any academic discipline.


• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.


• Must have a valid passport.


• Excellent internet research skills.
