About the Role:
We are seeking motivated Fresh Graduates with strong English fluency and proficiency in basic computer applications, including Excel/Google Sheets, Internet Research, and CRM tools. The ideal candidate should be flexible with rotational shifts (day & night) and eager to learn and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and processing using Google Sheets and CRM software.


• Follow client instructions and execute tasks on various online platforms.


• Conduct online research, verify, and authenticate information when required.


• Report to Team Leaders & Managers and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong English reading and writing skills (speaking ability is a plus).


• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day, evening, and night).


• Graduate from any discipline (final-year students with no pending classes or exams are also welcome).


• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and Internet Research.
