Position Summary:
The Operations Consulting Group (“OCG”) is a team that provides operational support, on a rotational basis, across Lone Pine’s business teams. Such departments will comprise legal & compliance, fund accounting, management company accounting, tax, financial reporting, technology, human resources, valuation, business development, and investor relations. The OCG team is led by the Manager of the Operations Consulting Group, who reports into the Managing Director, Human Resources & Facilities and the Manager, Human Resources & Facilities.


Job Responsibilities:
The Associate role operates in a rotational, project-based model, with rotations lasting for an assigned period of time ranging from several weeks to six months. When working within a specified department, the Associate will contribute to departmental priorities that require judgment, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. The Associate will continue to move through various operational departments on a rotating basis throughout the year, based on need, requiring the ability to adapt quickly to new subject matter and environments, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.


Required Skills and Background:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business required; advanced degree (MBA) a plus
•Entry-level role is intended for students graduating in 2026
•Strong technical aptitude, including comfort working across systems and data sets
•Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
•Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information, synthesize findings, and support informeddecision-making
•Stellar written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly andprofessionally
•Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to learn
•Ability to exercise discretion, particularly in dealing with confidential matters/materials
•Team-oriented mindset with a demonstrated interest and ability to contribute meaningfully andcollaboratively with others, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
•Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism and integrity

This role is partially remote on the following designated days:
• Subject to adjustment according to department needs, every Friday from the first business day in September following Labor Day through the week preceding Memorial Day
• Subject to adjustment according to department needs, every Thursday and Friday from the week of Memorial Day through and including the first Friday in September preceding Labor Day
• The week that the Fourth of July holiday is celebrated
• From the Monday before the Thanksgiving holiday is observed, through and including the Friday of that week
• From December 26 through and including January 1
