Associate - Operations (Day Shift)

About the Role:
We are hiring Fresh Graduates who are fluent in English and have basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Internet research. Candidates must be able to work with changes in work hour and work days. Please check the details below for full details:

Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM.

Working Days: Tuesdays to Saturdays (Subject to change from time to time)

Work Mode: Work from Office

What you'll do?

• Entering the information in the Google Spreadsheet


• Processing source information and categorizing following the guidelines


• Searching online for information following the criteria provided by the Customer


• Meet daily expectations/KPIs as assigned with efficiency and quality


• Maintain smooth communication in both verbal and written platforms proactively and attentively


• Report to the Team Leader about daily tasks completed and escalate any issues if required


• Ensure error-free work/accuracy and maintain full attendance as required by the client and operations
  

Who can apply?

• Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline.


• Functional/Technical skills: General idea about the usage of food-delivery apps, good online research skills, basic knowledge on Google Sheets or MS Excel, Good proficiency in English.


• Behavioral Competencies & Aspects: Disciplined and organized, Good attention to details, Quick learner, Positive attitude.


• English Proficiency: Good reading and writing ability, Basic verbal and listening ability.


• Ability to adapt to changes: The candidate must be able to adapt with minor changes in work hours and major changes in work days. There will be 2 weekends on rotation and sometimes work during weekends will be there (subject to overtime payment).
