Associate Logistics Operator Kingstree, SC 12-Hour Rotating Shift (7AM-7PM, days, nights, weekends) Join Our Team as an Associate Logistics Operator. Are you ready to play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly? As a Logistics Operator, you'll be at the heart of our warehouse and production flow, handling shipping, receiving, inventory, and material preparation. This is more than a warehouse job; it's a chance to contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven environment where your attention to detail and reliability make a real impact. The schedule includes built-in overtime, and candidates must be available to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and provide coverage as needed. Your key responsibilities Use forklifts and equipment to load/unload and transport materials in a safe manner Complete accurate documentation and maintain correct inventory of items Repackage and preparation of materials for use in production areas Transfer of materials to and from rail cars, attach flanges and couplings to prepare cars for use and break down for return We offer Starting pay: $19-22/hr. + $2/hr. shift differential (5 PM-7 AM) Generous time off - 18 PTO days, 2 floating holidays, plus paid company holidays Day-one coverage - full medical, dental, vision, and life insurance starting your first day Strong retirement plan - 401(k) 4% automatic contribution + 100% match on your first 4% Bonus - earn up to 5% of pay in performance incentives Career growth - Competitive opportunities for salary increases, promotions, and ongoing advancement based on performance and development. You bring High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of related experience preferred Ability to operate company vehicles and equipment, including forklifts; experience with tractor trailers or yard jockeying is a plus. CDL preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Basic computer literacy, in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. SAP experience helpful Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (7 - 7), including days, nights, evenings, and weekends Comfortable working in freezer conditions for extended durations The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Hourly rate $19.00-$22.00.
