Associate or Experienced Quality Engineer (level 2 or 3)

to support the

Quality Engineering Core Skills & Development

team based out of

Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:
Communication planning, filming digital content, editing, and deployment
Possess the ability to own project from inception driving milestones to completion
Lead, develop, and maintain process standards and variation (continuous improvement)
Develops quality metrics and employee development plans for QE org
Support creation and implementation of training materials
Performs data analysis to ensure operational stability
Compiles performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved
Develops sections of quality metrics and design content to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements
Works under general supervision
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
2+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; developing conclusions.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through diverse approaches
Prior working experience in multi-functions (quality engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, system engineering, design engineering, etc)
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Experience in data analytics
Project management experience

Education/Experience:
Associate (Level 2):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Experienced (Level 3):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard
