You will:
- Craft a pipeline of local and international projects and build and maintain long-lasting client relationships;
- Participate in local and international tenders with high-quality proposals to build a portfolio of impactful projects in the public sector;
- Lead project execution to provide our clients with high-quality fact-based results and create a positive impact;
- Grow and manage a team of motivated and high-performing professionals - hire, mentor, and create an environment of continuous learning and development for them.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience delivering management consulting projects for the public sector;
- Masters degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or any other relevant field;
- Professional level of Estonian and English language;
- A solid knowledge base in at least one of following domains: management consulting, quantitative analysis, financial analysis, strategy;
- Ability to build a strong sales pipeline;
- Relevant experience in tender bidding would be a significant advantage;
- Strong leadership potential to build and develop a collaborative and high-performing team;
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects and complex processes autonomously.
