Associate Pastor

Purpose of the Job: 

Provide leadership, spiritual direction, pastoral care, and management for a
Victory Church campus.  

Experience and Knowledge Required: 

• Proven track record of effective time management. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively. 

• Teachable spirit, strong work ethic, commitment to excellence. 

• Ability to communicate with staff and volunteers at various skill levels.  

• Proven ability to build and lead effective volunteer teams.  

• Strong gift of leadership.  

• Proven ability to disciple others.  

• High School diploma 

   Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

• Communicate and demonstrate the mission, vision, and values of Victory Church 

• The ability to communicate and lead the congregation through a worship experience 

• Develop and lead location team 

• Lead volunteer teams in various areas of ministry  

• Lead weekend services and general operations of the location 

• Manage campus budget 

• Provide pastoral care for the campus 

• Collaborate with central teams on programming and events  

• Attend weekly meeting to review the order of service for the coming weekend 

• Other duties as assigned
