About the Role:

We are looking for a fresh BBA graduate with good command over English and is enthusiastic about learning processes and functions regarding Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & HRIS. The ideal candidate would have good learning agility and would be able to think creatively when working on big hiring projects. He/she will have an excellent opportunity for learning and will be able to enjoy a hybrid work model.

Job Responsibilities:

• Checking & understanding hiring requirements.


• Posting job advertisements.


• Sorting and shortlisting resumes.


• Maintaining online documentations.


• Conducting online exams.


• Coordinating & Conducting interviews.


• Facilitating the onboarding process.


• Creating and updating employee profiles in HRIS.


• Facilitating internal relocation of employees.


• Maintaining employee records.

Job Requirements:

• Strong English Communication skills.


• BBA graduates - HR major preferred but not mandatory.


• Good Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.


• Good attention to details and good learning agility.
