Job Title: Associate Product Line Manager, UGG SMU & MFO

Reports to: Director, Product - UGG Footwear, SMU & MFO

Location: Goleta, CA. Hybrid - Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – Thursday.

The Role

As the Associate Product Line Manager (APLM) for MFO & SMU at UGG, you’ll serve as a key connector between merchandising, distribution, marketing, and cross-functional teams. With guidance from the product management team, you’ll help deliver globally relevant, brand-right products that reflect our consumers’ needs. You’ll leverage your knowledge of the UGG brand, competitive landscape, and market trends to make strategic recommendations and support the full product lifecycle—from pre-planning to execution—ensuring every product meets our high standards and financial goals

Your Impact

• Assist with product lifecycle management, including strategy for merchandise line plans, market research, and alignment of MFO product opportunities with inline objectives.
• Make recommendations for product line strategy using regional briefs, trend analysis, sales history, and market research.
• Analyze global performance and collaborate with the product creation team to ensure product cost and integrity, optimizing SKU efficiency.
• Support the creation of merchandising stories around color and materials to ensure product flow aligns with brand DNA.
• Work with design, development, and global merchant teams to create best-in-class products and manage the global product line through its full lifecycle.
• Take ownership of category performance, including sales and margin targets, product execution, and identifying new opportunities for the global omnichannel consumer.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strategic direction and support the product architecture process.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of related experience (retail, product line management, or similar).
• Strong communicator and facilitator, able to work collaboratively across teams.
• Analytical thinker with a passion for market trends and consumer insights.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Driven by results and motivated to meet sales and margin targets.
• Passionate about the UGG brand and committed to delivering exceptional products.

$85,000 - $90,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in Goleta, CA. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
