In this position, the selected candidate will take an active role in systems sustainment protecting the men and women that fly our nation\u2019s aircraft in harm\u2019s way.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\\- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.\n\n\\- Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports.\n\n\\- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.\n\n\\- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.\n\n\\- Work in multiple different areas of job duties\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n\\- Must have 1 year of related experience in logistics (or related field) with a Bachelors, 3+ years with associate\u0027s degree or appropriate Military Occupational Specialty in logistics (or related field). Will also consider 5 years with experience without a degree.\n\n\\- Must have an in-depth understanding of scheduling multiple assets and timelines\n\n\\- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to solve real world complex scheduling problems\n\n\\- Must have the understanding of how to operate Microsoft Office software and associated Windows applications\n\n\\- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required DoD Secret Clearance for this role\n\n\\- Must be able to work any shift\n\n\\- Must be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n\\- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (or higher)\n\n\\- Experience with scheduling multiple items and quickly adapting to rapid changes\n\n\\- Experience working solo: self-prioritizing and tasking, consistent cadence\n\n\\- Experience working within teams: projects, meeting schedules, and goals\n\n\\- Experience working with customers: meetings, presentations, and tours\n\nNGSkills\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $54,400.00 - $81,600.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
