Associate Project Manager, Clinical Operations

Join Our Office for Global Clinical Operations (GCO) and be part of our mission to develop innovative therapies. We're seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead data analytics and project management activities.
Responsibilities:

Business and Data Analyst Activities:
Lead data consolidation and analytics.
Implement and review quantitative and qualitative data analyses.
Oversee data reconciliations and process re-engineering efforts.
Develop and update business process documents.
Prepare and present department metrics to GCO leadership.
Project Management Activities:
Develop and oversee the methodology for managing GCO projects.
Maintain project statuses and provide updates to stakeholders.
Establish project charters and scope documents.
Drive timely execution of actionable project plans.
Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and track project actions, decisions, issues, and risks.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
Comfortable presenting in front of groups.
Experience with data modeling and analysis in Excel and PowerBI.
Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification preferred.
