Quality Management Associate – Patient Centered Solutions

The Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) team leads the industry in breadth and depth of Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA) and Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) knowledge. Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Quality Management Associate. This position will join a growing Quality Management team to play a major role in supporting audit readiness, administering the quality management system and development and coordination of Quality Management materials. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate with strong communication skills (written and verbal) and technical prowess, with the ability to build internal relationships.

This role will partner with Quality Management professionals and Business Line project teams to promote QMS requirements for our diverse menu of services. Responsibilities include:

Provides project teams with support for customer audit preparation and execution.

Builds and maintains library of quality-related resource materials for Quality Management team and business use cases.

Works in collaboration with functional areas to administer SOPs and project-related instructions in alignment with corporate and functional procedures; ensures completion of periodic reviews.

Executes and maintains quality performance metrics and scorecards.

Conducts internal reviews and identifies best practices to drive proactive change.

Supports issue management and monitors CAPAs.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement within Quality Management; act as champion on initiatives to drive improvement.

About You

Candidates interested in joining our Patient Centered Solutions team as a Quality Management Associate should have:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Strong organization skills; efficiency optimization

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal customers

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Ability to develop creative approaches and solutions necessary to resolve complex problems.

Proven ability to work globally; ability to lead across cultures and regions.

Ability to use and administer some of the following applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams, SmartSheet, eQMS systems, eTMF systems.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 3 years’ experience with quality management systems

Working experience with good clinical practice regulations and guidance, Patient-focused drug development guidance and system validation expectations

Internal audit experience preferred

Life Sciences background preferred

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $67,500.00 - $112,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
