What You’ll Do 

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job postings 

• Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach 

• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess fit 

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system 

• Manage communication with candidates throughout the process — from application to offer 

• Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth transition for new hires 

• Track and report on recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline activity 

• Help plan and support recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent initiatives 

• Collaborate with the HR team on improving hiring processes and candidate experience 

What We’re Looking For 

• Strong communication and people skills — you’re comfortable talking to anyone 

• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles at once 

• Self-motivated and proactive — you take ownership and follow through 

• Experience with or interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition 

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus 

• A positive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for helping people succeed
