The

Associate Recruiter

will partner with our senior level Recruiters to effectively recruit for top talent at our dealership locations nationwide. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to enter the recruiting and HR space, with ample opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast paced organization!

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Source, evaluate, select, and hire top talent for our 18 locations and our subsidiaries, America's Choice Insurance Partners and Salem Distributors.

Leverage all recruiting tools to maximize candidate quality and productivity. In this market, we can't rely solely on post and pray methods.

Influence hiring managers and hiring teams on all hiring related decisions.

Become a company and industry expert. Understand real job needs at technical and results level.

Be the point of contact and subject matter expert regarding talent for our management team.

Work with Universities to recruit, hire, and develop lasting pipelines.

Prepare and extend job offers to candidates. Negotiate wages, explain benefits, and showcase our employer value proposition.

Qualifications
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in the Recruiting field is preferred but not required. Attitude and aptitude are most important.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong drive and desire to continously improve your own skillsets.

Minimum of 2 years working in a fast-paced office setting is a must.

Strong understanding of social media and quick to adopt emerging technologies.
