Associate Recruitment Consultant

Catalyst is looking to expand and hire Associate Recruitment Consultants to join their team in Boston, MA. This is an exciting position for individuals who have had at least a year of outside sales experience that may be looking to switch gears and try out a 360 recruitment desk in a very stable environment. This individual will be focused in the life science market, so pharma or med-tech sales experience will be given preference.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Build out your own recruitment desk including. This includes prospecting and onboarding new clients, resourcing to fill their needs, and account development.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding support
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree
Ideally 1+ year of professional sales experience, pharma or biotech sales are a plus.
Very strong communication skills and self-motivated.
Must live in commutable distance to Boston and be comfortable working in-office at least 4 days per week.
