HOURS: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
PAY:

$60,000/salary + based on experience

After a period of in-person training and time working onsite with your team, this role has the option to work remotely 1-2 days per week, depending on business needs. (Work from home is in WI only at this time). In general, the timeframe to start a work from home rotation tends to be 3-6 months. Note that there will be situations when the associate may choose or be asked to return onsite, which would be coordinated and scheduled in advance.

As an associate relations specialist you’ll be responsible for guiding managers and team members on problem solving, dispute resolution, compliance, discipline, and policy and procedure interpretation.

Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.
Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
Advise, coach and counsel managers on associate

relations/disciplinary

actions, while guiding managers through complex issues and supporting business objectives, mitigating risk, strengthening manager effectiveness and facilitating associate engagement.

Guide managers and team members on problem solving, dispute resolution, compliance, discipline, and policy and procedure interpretation.
Guide managers and team members through the performance improvement process and the write up process.
Analyze PTO balances and time off information to provide guidance to managers regarding attendance concerns.

Conduct and document investigations ensuring confidentiality, equity and timeliness. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling, composing and conducting investigation interviews, related meetings, and internal training coordination.

Identify issues, facts, policy violations and other culture/values that impact the workplace and recommend plan of action.
Ask questions of managers and team members to understand others’ perspectives.

Address associate-raised concerns.

Treat all concerns raised by associates with diligence and care, making sure the concerns are heard and that the associates are given a voice.
Provide support to associates on associate relations questions and inquiries regarding policies and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
Investigate associate concerns to ensure they are addressed in accordance with relevant laws, company policies, and procedures.

Analyze associate relation trends with leadership and help develop proactive strategies, solutions, programs, and policies.

Required

education/experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
5 or more years human resource generalist experience or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of state and federal employment, labor law, and government compliance requirements.
Demonstrates ability to build authentic relationships across lines of diverse individuals.
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
