In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday \u2013Thursday at Hasbro\u2019s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro\u2019s temporary location in Boston, MA.\n\nPreferred locations are: Boston, Bentonville, AR or Minneapolis, MN\n\n \nA Day In The Life as an Associate Sales Manager: \nOwn customer relationships: \n\u2022 Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned accounts and understands their business needs. \n\u2022 Develop and execute mutually beneficial strategies and tactics with customers. \n\u2022 Understand customer KPIs and recommends items and brands to drive growth. \n\u2022 Adapt to planogram, omnichannel, and digital requirements.\n\nDeliver revenue targets: \n\u2022 Own forecasting and business performance for assigned accounts. \n\u2022 Develop and executes joint business plans and customer commitments. \n\u2022 Track POS and adjusts plans to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks. \n\u2022 Manage promotional execution and customer budgets.\n\nDrive cross-functional alignment: \n\u2022 Partner with marketing, product development, account support, logistics, finance, and planning teams. \n\u2022 Ensure alignment and execution across all functions to support the business.\n\nBuild channel expertise: \n\u2022 Develop knowledge of the Growth Channel landscape across brick-and-mortar, omnichannel, and e-commerce. \n\u2022 Share insights on customer and industry trends.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Bring: \n\u2022 BBA/BA/BS \n\u2022 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment \n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage business priorities and deliver against goals\n\n\u2022 Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills \n\u2022 Effective verbal communication and presentation skills \n\u2022 Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills \n\u2022 Results-oriented with a sense of urgency \n\u2022 Solid analytical and Excel/PC skills \n\u2022 Ability to operate independently and manage a territory \n\u2022 20\u201330% Travel required\n\nPreferred Locations: Boston, Bentonville, or Minneapolis\n\nWe are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer\n\nHasbro is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions.
