In this role, you will:
Perform security, operational, and customer support tasks by managing inbound calls for alarm technicians onsite performing maintenance.
Assist projects and serve as escalation point to assist analysts
Aid with data entry and other administrative activities
Interact with immediate team on basic information, plus internal and external customers, and vendors
Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Corporate Security area impact.
Required Skills:
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Able to work independently
• Able to work in call center environment (answer calls and avoid distraction)
• Able to manage multiple tasks or priorities throughout the day
• Able to complete repetitive tasks
Desired Skills:
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Mastermind Experience
• DMP Alarm Experience
• Monitor, process, and troubleshoot complex alarm issues in accordance with organizations security procedures
• Experience in Corporate Security, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
