Job Title

Shipping & Receiving Associate

Support production and warehouse operations by coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials and finished goods are moved safely and efficiently throughout the facility.

What You’ll Do

• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders. 
• Inspect incoming materials for damage and accuracy. 
• Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments using approved carriers. 
• Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries with vendors and transportation providers. 
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. 
• Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation. 
• Stage materials and finished goods for production and customer orders. 
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. 
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements. 
• Communicate shipment delays, shortages, or inventory concerns to leadership. 

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred. 
• Forklift experience preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory systems. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. 

Extra Skills That Set You Apart

• Current forklift certification. 
• Experience in a manufacturing or print production environment. 
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, or shipping software. 
• Knowledge of freight coordination and carrier scheduling. 
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting processes. 

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation: $19.29 – $21.70 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. 
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift. 
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment. 
• Ability to work in a production and warehouse environment.
