Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $72,000 – $78,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Summary:
We’re hiring an Associate Social Worker (ASW) to join a community-based behavioral health team in Oakland, CA. This role focuses on providing direct support services to clients, coordinating care, and helping individuals navigate complex systems to improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop tailored care plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions under supervision, including individual and group counseling sessions
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers, case managers, and external partners to ensure integrated care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation that meets all state and agency compliance standards
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to advance clinical skills and professional development

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Active California ASW registration
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic approaches
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse populations and work within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in documentation requirements
