Position Overview

As a Senior Survey Analyst, you'll leverage cutting-edge technology and your analytical expertise to deliver high-quality surveying solutions for landmark infrastructure and development projects across San Diego County.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead complex survey data analysis and interpretation for major infrastructure projects
• Perform advanced boundary analysis and COGO computations using state-of-the-art software
• Prepare and review ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic surveys, and legal descriptions
• Conduct thorough QA/QC processes on survey deliverables
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project success and client satisfaction
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional surveying experience
• Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center
• Strong understanding of California land use laws and survey standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven track record of project delivery and quality assurance

Preferred Qualifications

• LSIT certification
• Field surveying experience
• Experience with public agency submittals
• Knowledge of Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite
