The Opportunity

Join a solid, performance-driven team that values accountability, adaptability, courage, resilience, and initiative. We’re seeking a polished, driven professional with a clear desire to enter medical-device sales. Responsibilities

  • Support surgical cases and coordinate clinical education with the field sales team.

  • Train hospital staff and build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other decision-makers.

  • Help prioritize accounts, identify opportunities, and support territory growth.

  • Maintain accurate account records, organize customer visits, and manage field resources.

  • Participate in regional training programs and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.

  • Approximately 1–2 years of general sales experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, planning, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.

  • Comfort working in an operating room and learning medical terminology.

  • Residence within the assigned region.

  • Ability to travel approximately 75%, including overnight stays.

  • Valid driver’s license, three consecutive years of driving history, and an acceptable driving record.

  • Ability to satisfy hospital access and credentialing requirements.

  • Willingness to relocate in the United States for a future Territory Manager opportunity.

What Makes a Strong Candidate

You take ownership of results, adjust quickly, act with initiative, and recover from setbacks. You can point to competitive achievements and explain how your effort contributed to success. You’re receptive to coaching and ready to invest in learning surgical sales.
