Here, you\u2019ll be supported in progressing \u2013 whatever your ambitions.\n\nAbout the role:\n\nThe Associate Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue with Interventional Cardiology solutions within a defined geographic territory. The Associate Territory Manager will drive sales to exceed division priorities, define and develop new business opportunities, and contribute to overall team success. Individuals will develop strong clinical excellence, stay current on products, programs, and competitive knowledge, and be able to address program situations quickly, directly, and without hesitation. The candidate must be comfortable in the hospital and office-based settings and have the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers (i.e., physicians, hospital administrators, lab staff) and internal teams.\n\nThe Associate Territory Manager will develop and maintain key relationships through frequent and routine customer visits, product demonstrations, product in-services, and procedural observation. The candidate will ensure their work is completed with integrity and in accordance with our Code of Conduct.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\n * Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers and referral networks to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives assigned by company on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.\n * Develops and implements sales strategies by determining the relevant factors (e.g., product, competition and pricing needs) of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the company\u0027s products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.\n * Develops action plans (i.e., weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing quarterly and monthly sales figures and reports identifying the needs of particular accounts and discussing issues with Regional Sales Manager to help the organization achieve its annual sales goals.\n * Clinically support procedures at accounts to gain insight into the specific nuances of each physician and each member of the lab staff.\n * Establishes pricing packages by working with relevant BSC personnel to establish price points that address specific customer\u0027s needs while satisfying company guidelines and policies.\n * Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g. clinical research, pricing, and/or marketing) to develop optimal solutions.\n * Develops relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences, therapy awareness activities) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key purchasing decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.\n * Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals).\n\n\n\nRequired qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree or equivalent work experience.\n * Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in corporate setting, healthcare industry or sales.\n * Strong analytical, selling, and problem-solving skills\n * Demonstrates a strong technical and clinical aptitude to be able to discuss \u0026 explain complex product information \u0026 complete extensive training programs\n * Must be able to work flexible hours and travel when needed. \n\n\n\n\nPreferred qualifications:\n\n * Structural Heart, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, or related industry experience\n * Experience with implantation in cardiovascular and/or medical device\n * Ability to be coached and directed by other teammates\n * Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment\n * Relocatable within the U.S.\n\n\n\nRequisition ID: 627461\n\nThe anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $50,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
