What You’ll Tackle:

• Frontline trademark counseling, prosecution, enforcement, and transactional matters
  

• Cutting-edge advertising law issues, from social media disclosures to claim substantiation
  

• Domain name disputes, online brand protection, and influencer marketing compliance
  

• The legal edges of marketing trends, internet liability, and emerging digital platforms
  

Who You Are:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in trademark, copyright, advertising, and related areas
  

• Enthusiastic about branding, media, and the evolving digital space
  

• Armed with top academic credentials and crisp verbal and written communication skills
  

• A team player ready to sit in San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Seattle
