Requirements

• Minnesota Veterinary License - active and in good standing
  
• Teamwork mentality and open to collaboration
  
• Open to our Leadership Development Year Long Program to develop not only your business mindset, but also soft skills. 
  • A year long program for Hospital Leadership or people who desire leadership in the future
    
  • Starts by visiting the home office in for a few days where you would be involved in training
    
  • Weekly meetings for your personal development
    
  • Main focus is soft skills, leadership, communication, management styles, how to lead effective meetings, retention skills, financial aspects like how to read a P&L and business focused-GREAT invaluable information that would stick with you.
