The first Lovet Pet Health Care hospital opened in late 2024 in a brand new, built-from-the-ground up location in Chicago's thriving Fulton Market neighborhood. In 2025 we plan to expand to the Grand Rapids region of Michigan!

While we have a new name, the exceptional level of care we provide for pets will remain the same as it has for the last 40 years. This exciting growth will allow us to care for even more pets and pet parents.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

Practice the highest standard of veterinary medicine. Duties include:

• Perform veterinary physical examinations and medical procedures
• Explain physical examination findings and communicate to the client a diagnosis of the pet’s problems; generate and present a treatment plan for the pet to the client; educate clients on preventive health care, including vaccines and appropriate nutritional products.
• Maintain client/patient medical/surgical records and make certain all necessary logs are kept up-to-date through established protocols; assist colleagues in follow-up and future management of the patient.
• Stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine.

Requirements: 

• DVM or foreign equivalent
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Arizona
